2.       LICENSE

Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the templates and other products sold through our web site in accordance with these Terms of Use (the "license") issued by our company.

a) LIMITED USAGE GRANTED

You may use each individual product on a single website/game only, belonging to you. This should be the game/website you have entered in the "Licence URL".
You have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design.

c) MODIFICATIONS

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes.

d) INSTALLATIONS

We do not install any of our products which require this.

e) UNAUTHORIZED USE

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale.

f) ASSIGNABILITY

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without our approval.

g) OWNERSHIP

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Our products have a copyright or/and a “design by” information text and in some cases a link back to our website. This text should not in any case be disabled or edited. Your license will not be valid if this information is disabled from your product.

h) INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

You may not disclose any order information which includes but is not limited to Order ID, download link, etc.

3.       OUR REFUND POLICY

Since Game Site Templates is offering digital goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. Please make sure that you've carefully read what files you will get when you are ordering a template.

4.       COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL

Images (like characters) and thumbnails in the template designs of existing games, movies etc are not included in the template license.  In order to use any images from games, movies etc please contact the company/author that own the copyright for the material. Game Site Templates takes no responsible for any thumbnail images, game renders or characters showed in the template designs. This is not a part of the template products we are offering.
